FAQ

What happens during a first visit to the clinic?

Your first visit to the clinic, while a bit longer than routine, is a crucial step in assessing your oral health. Your assigned hygienist will create a patient file and do a complete evaluation. The x-rays necessary are two bitewing side x-rays, upper and lower anterior x-rays, and a Panoramic x-ray. If pain is present anywhere, further x-rays can be required. Your assigned hygienist will do a cleaning consisting of scaling to remove tartar and polishing to make teeth surfaces smooth. All information on current restorations and essential work will be noted. The dentist will then perform a complete dental exam and create a personalized treatment plan depending on your needs.

How do I book my appointments?

Our professional and experienced receptionist will assist you in everything appointment related when you give her a call.

Do you take care of insurance claims?

We offer a full service of electronic insurance claiming if your insurance company permits and wait to receive the payment, allowing you to only pay for the difference. We also take care of submitting insurance quotes for more complex treatments.

What kind of whitening is best?

Zoom whitening gives the best results and is the most requested treatment at the clinic. Impressions are taken of your teeth to make moulds and personalized whitening trays. These trays can be used for whitening touch-ups for three days, 48 hours after the treatment and every six months to maintain the new whiteness of your teeth. The actual treatment is preceded by the protection of all gum tissues with a liquid dam. Results are usually fantastic!

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Our appointments are very in demand, so please call with a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel. If you cancel within 48 hours, there is a 50$ fee.

How long do appointments last?

We have a centralized HEPA filter (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) that purifies the air 14-16 times per hour and removes 99.97% of particles from the air. All our equipment and instruments are thoroughly sterilized or single-use, and we wear appropriate PPE.
